The EAG-191-2517 Kovax® Super Assilex Sanding Sheets are ultra-flexible abrasive sheets designed for dry sanding of primers, fillers, and topcoats in automotive refinishing. With a K-240 grit ceramic alumina grain, they deliver fast, uniform coverage and an extremely shallow scratch pattern, minimizing the risk of over-sanding and eliminating the need for scuffing compounds.
EACH-1 sheet measures 130mm x 170mm, ideal for use with hand pads, Assilex blocks, or Kovax BA sanders. The brown color identifies the K-240 grade, and the Super-Tack backing ensures secure attachment and easy removal. These sheets are especially effective on concave and convex surfaces, improving productivity by up to 50–70%2.
