Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Products must not have broken seals or opened boxes.
How to start a return
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To start a return, you can contact us at pos@profinishsupply.co or by phone +1 (561) 365-7972. Returns must be shipped to: ProFinish Supply - 1027 N Florida Mango Rd suite 5, West Palm Beach Florida 33409, United States.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Provide photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Receive approval and shipping instructions.

Send the product in its original packaging, products must not have broken seals or opened boxes.

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval and process the refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, ProFinish Supply will cover the cost of return shipping or replacement. Photos of the issue may be required to validate the claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for custom-mixed paints, color-matched products, hazardous chemicals, or any items classified as hazardous materials by shipping carriers. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. No cash refunds are provided. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
