Shipping policy
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
- We ship within the continental United States using reliable carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Certain products (such as aerosols, hazardous chemicals, or custom paints) can only be shipped via ground shipping and may have additional restrictions. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid address and being available to receive the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier confirms delivery.
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error or defective products.
