  • All spray gun, abrasives and tools are non-hazmat and ship to all 50 US states including AK, HI and Puerto Rico. Paint and chemicals ship only to contiguous 48 states.
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
  • We ship within the continental United States (48 states) using UPS Ground and FedEx Ground. Delivery typically takes 3-10 business days after shipment.
  • HAZMAT / Dangerous Goods Disclosure:
    Our automotive paints and coatings are classified as Flammable Liquids UN1263 and are regulated as Hazardous Materials by DOT/IATA. Therefore, certain products (aerosols, hazardous chemicals, custom paints) can ONLY be shipped via Ground Transportation. We CANNOT ship these products via air, express, overnight, or USPS.
  • We do not ship HAZMAT products to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, U.S. territories, or internationally.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a valid address and being available to receive the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier confirms delivery.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@profinishsupply.co so we can assist.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error or defective products.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
